In March, we're partnering with Caledonia Brewery beginning at 6:30 pm on March 20, 2019. This is our seventh food and beer pairing event with Caledonia and this time we're COOKING WITH Caledonia's craft beers. The following menu includes familiar specialties with our own interpretations. In collaboration with the brewers and owners of Caledonia we select a beer which enhances the recipe and best pairs with your enjoyment of the foods.
